New to our mailing service?
Using our mailing services we can provide a way to communicate with the residents and property owners of your building to received the latest and upcoming announcements regarding the condominium/apartments via direct mail. Follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1
Fill out the mailing form, we will need basic information such as number of pages, type of envelopes, list of address, etc..
Step 2
Upload your documents and mailing list. documents can be uploaded in .PDF, Word and .Jpeg file format. for the mailing list we suggest an excel file (.xls) for mail merge. For mailing labels a .PDF is preferable.
Step 3
Submit a delivery date and sign off on the form, once received we will contact you to confirm the order.
No need to leave your office
Upload your documents and we will process your mailing from start to finish. Whether its just a simple postcard or a mailing package with multiple envelopes inserted. We will process your entire order including the drop-off at the post office and an affidavit of mailing.
